The flat is located on the third and top floor of a historic building dating from the beginning of the last century, situated in a street in the centre of Luino characterised by period buildings and villas. The building consists of only three flats, one per floor, and has recently been renovated in the common parts, abandoning the central heating in favour of individual autonomous systems. There is also a characteristic garden with tall trees and valuable essences. The flat was completely renovated in 2015 in a luxurious way trying to maintain the typical characteristics of the period, redoing all the systems (electrical with home automation) and installing new exterior windows with double glazing. Entering the flat through a large entrance hall, you have in front of you a characteristic reception room with a fireplace in fine marble from which you access a double living room; on the right there is a large laundry / storage room, a large bathroom with shower and the kitchen (furnished in Provencal style) with its balcony overlooking the garden. L'immeuble est composé de seulement trois appartements, un par étage, et a été récemment rénové dans les parties communes, en abandonnant le chauffage central au profit de systèmes individuels autonomes ; il y a également un jardin caractéristique avec de grands arbres et des essences précieuses. Il palazzo si compone di soli tre appartamenti, uno per piano, ed è stato recentemente ristrutturato nelle parti comuni abbandonando il riscaldamento centralizzato in favore di singoli impianti autonomi; è presente, inoltre, un caratteristico giardino con alberi di alto fusto e pregiate essenze. L'appartamento è stato interamente ristrutturato nel 2015 in modo lussuoso cercando di mantenere comunque le caratteristiche tipiche dell'epoca, rifacendo tutti gli impianti (elettrico con domotica) e installando nuovi infissi esterni con doppio vetro. Entrando nell'appartamento attraverso un grande ingresso, si ha di fronte un caratteristico salottino di ricevimento con un camino in marmo pregiato dal quale si accede ad un salone doppio; a destra vi è una grande lavanderia/ripostiglio, un grande bagno con doccia e la cucina abitabile (arredata in stile provenzale) con il suo balcone che da all'interno sul giardino. A sinistra dell'ingresso si entra nella zona notte con quattro camere (una delle quali con suo balcone) ed un ulteriore bagno con vasca. Una delle camere è attualmente adibita a studio con un caratteristico armadio a muro. Di proprietà dell'appartamento vi sono un box e un posto auto.
